Notice of Public Comment Period/Public Hearing
Certain documents and plans are required to be presented to the public per CDBG regulations. The City will make additional efforts to ensure information if presented to the public through multiple channels. When the City is required to post public notices, you can find the information on this page.
CDBG Program Year 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) Public Comment Period and Public Hearing Notice
Public comment is available on the draft CAPER for Program Year 2023 from 07/09/2024-07/25/2024. A public hearing is scheduled on 07/22/2024 during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting. A draft of the CAPER is available here.

Participation of all residents, including but not limited to non-English speaking and physically-, visually-, and hearing-impaired individuals, is strongly encouraged. Individuals with impairments are asked to provide a minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to the public hearing date so that appropriate accommodations can be made.

CDBG 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan Resident Survey
The 2025-2029 CDBG Consolidated Plan Resident Survey is open!
The survey helps the City and Town identify spending priorities for community development from 2025-2029. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and will help determine how the City spends approximately $550,000 annually for community development. The survey is open until August 2024.
