As part of the City’s overall efforts to improve services to our citizens, the City has put its complete city code online. No more thumbing through paper documents or having to trek to the City Hall or Library to find the information you need. 

By simply going online, all you have to do is enter a keyword or two and within seconds your search results will quickly locate the information you need.

The Code of the City of Bloomington, Illinois, is published online as a convenience to citizens and the business community. Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the material published online, the only official edition of the City Code is the printed version maintained by the City Clerk. Note that the City Council may have made amendments, additions or deletions to the City Code subsequent to the latest online version of the Code.
