Thank you for your interest in obtaining a Secondary Premises Liquor license in the City of Bloomington. This license authorizes the retail sale of alcohol by a holder of an active EA, EB, TA, TB, RA, RB, PA, or PB license at nonresidential public premises, other than the premises covered by the existing license, at locations and on days approved by the Liquor Commissioner.

Application and all supporting documents must be submitted at least 15 days before the date of the event. Applications must be submitted for each event or set of events to be held by the business; this license cannot be renewed.
