Possession and consumption of beer and wine by persons over the age of 21 may be permitted at Miller Park Pavilion and Davis Lodge under the following conditions:

1. The event organizer has entered into a valid event location contract with the City;
2. The City Clerk has issued a valid permit allowing the serving and consumption of beer and wine during the special event;
3. All beer and wine at the special event shall be served by an individual or entity with a
   Class “W” catering license or Class “SB” held by the holder of a qualified primary liquor
   license; and
4. The event organizer and all attendees must fully comply with federal, state, and local
   laws as well as all rules and regulations for the event location.

There are no fees associated with this permit type.
