Thank you for your interest in obtaining a Non-Profit Liquor License in the City of Bloomington. This application should be used for civic, charitable, fraternal, educational, patriotic, and/or religious organizations on premises in nonresidential locations for a maximum period of 60 days with the following conditions:

  1. Only civic, charitable, fraternal, educational, patriotic, and/or religious organizations which have been in active and continuous existence for a period of one year prior to the date of making the application or those which are incorporated under the laws of the State of Illinois will be eligible
  2. No organization shall be issued more than three licenses in any twelve-month period. The license shall only apply to catered functions or special events sponsored by the organization.

Application and all supporting documents must be submitted at least 15 days before the date of the event. Applications must be submitted for each event or set of events to be held by the non-profit; this license cannot be renewed.
