June 12, 2017: Ordinance No. 2017-47 (9.6 MB PDF) – Authorized a Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Bloomington and Iceberg Development Group (JNB Bloomington, LP and TIF Bloomington, Inc.) for the redevelopment of the former Bloomington High School / Junior High School building at 510 East Washington Street into 57 age-restricted apartments with commercial spaces on the ground level.
June 12, 2017: Ordinance No. 2017-48 – Authorized TIF consultant Peckham Guyton Albers & Viets (PGAV) to conduct a Feasibility Study and draft a Redevelopment Plan for the proposed Downtown East Washington Street TIF District which includes properties on East Washington Street between Gridley Street and Evans Street east of downtown Bloomington.
February 1, 2018: Downtown East Washington Street Redevelopment Plan made available for inspection and review at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall.

June 25, 2018: Ordinance No. 2018-50 - Approved the Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown East Washington Street Redevelopment Project Area.
June 25, 2018: Ordinance No. 2018-51 - Designated the Downtown East Washington Street Redevelopment Project Area, a Redevelopment Project Area pursuant to the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act.
June 25, 2018: Ordinance No. 2018-52 - Adopted Tax Increment Allocation Financing for the Downtown East Washington Street Redevelopment Project Area.
