Nick Becker 

Nick and his wife Kari have been married for 30 years and have lived in Bloomington for 15.
They have seven children ranging from 9-28 years old, with all but one still living in Bloomington. They are active members of Epiphany Parish, with Kari teaching at Epiphany as well.

Nick leads the Worldwide Professional Services Group for Spectra Logic Corporation out of Boulder Co. He is also an active volunteer with the Fatherhood Coalition's Dads Uplifting Dads group and various school, church, and coaching activities.

Nick's roots are in Central Illinois. He grew up in Peoria and has spent most of his life between there, Champaign and Bloomington. He received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Il and Master's degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Il Benedictine College.

He looks forward to serving not just the constituents of Ward 5 but every citizen in Bloomington over the coming years.
