• Lived in Bloomington/Normal for over 30 years
• Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Kent came to the area to attend college at ISU where he received degrees in Classical Languages and Industrial Technology
• Ended up really liking the community and after meeting his wife, decided to start a family here
• Currently lives in Bloomington with his wife and three children
• Kent was elected as Alderman for Ward 8 and sworn in on May 1^st of 2023
• Kent would like to thank the residents of Ward 8 for the opportunity to serve the people of this great community
