Donna Boelen

Donna was elected to the City Council in April 2019 to serve the residents of Ward 2, located in Southwest Bloomington.

Donna is a 26 year resident and community volunteer, residing in Ward 2 since 2011.

She is a retired medical professional, and the mother of two grown children.

She has actively engaged with City government as a non-elected citizen since 2014.

Donna’s focus will be on fiscal matters such as priority budgeting and financial planning.  She hopes to bring common sense solutions to complex issues.
