All emergency traffic requests/complaints, such as down, missing, damaged, or inoperable traffic control devices (i.e. stop signs, yield signs, and traffic signals) should be reported by phone immediately to promote health and safety with regards to controlling traffic. Please contact us by phone as soon as possible to report this type of issue. During regular hours, call 309-434-2225. After hours, call the Bloomington Police Department at 309-820-8888. All non-emergency Traffic Requests/Complaints must be submitted in writing via the Non-Emergency Traffic Request/Complaint Form.

The Hub

The City Services Hub (The Hub) is a centralized location to service your City needs. Most transactions can be completed over the phone, online, or at The Hub located at the Government Center, 115 E. Washington Street, Suite 103. You can reach them at 309-434-2509, Option 0, TheHub@cityblm.org, or click here to visit The Hub page.

Parking for the Government Center is available on Washington Street or at the Lincoln Parking Deck on Front Street. The public may enter the Government Center from Front Street or Washington Street. 

Operations Building

If you would like to visit us in person or if you have an issue that cannot be resolved through The Hub, please schedule an appointment by calling our office at 309-434-2225. Appointments are typically available between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may be scheduled to take place at the Operations Building at 109 E. Olive Street or at The Hub at the Government Center, which is located at 115 E. Washington Street, Suite 103.

Parking for 109 E. Olive Street is available on Olive Street, behind the building, and at the Lincoln Parking Deck on Front Street. If you have an appointment at 109 E. Olive Street, please go to one of the north doors facing toward Olive Street or one of the south doors facing toward Oakland Avenue and use the buzzer, and a member of our staff will meet you at the door. Parking for the Government Center is available on Washington Street or at the Lincoln Parking Deck on Front Street. The public may enter the Government Center from Front Street or Washington Street.
