The City of Bloomington is excited to announce the following recipients of the City of Bloomington ARPA Socio-Economic Non-Profit Grant Program:

• Project Oz ($250,000)-Youth Education and Support Center
• YWCA ($250,000)-Stepping Stones Expansion
• Home Sweet Home Ministries ($150,000)-Rapid Rehousing Program
• McLean County Center for Human Services ($150,000)-Facility Improvements
• Salvation Army ($150,000)-Safe Harbor Integrated Social Services
• Mid-Central Community Action Agency  ($71,731) - Housing Navigator Program

Remaining funds will be awarded to pending applicants once eligibility has been determined.
