The Plan Review Listing is a report of the commercial projects submitted to the City of Bloomington Building Safety Division for review. All commercial projects must have a review completed prior to a building permit being issued. This listing is for the past 60 days and details the location, project description, review status and property owner.

The Permits Issued reports list permits issued by the City of Bloomington within the last 30 days. The reports detail the location, work description, valuation, and name of the property owner and/or contractor who pulled the permit.

The Monthly Permit Report includes building permits issued on a monthly and YTD basis with prior year comparisons. The report lists construction and building permits, the number of single and multi-family homes, construction valuation, and total fees collected. The report address and project information for building permits that have been issued with a construction valuation of at least a million dollars
