Once a Building or Trade Permit has been issued, no refunds will be granted. Refunds may be granted if payment has been made, but the Permit has not been issued. Refund requests must be in writing (email acceptable) and state the reason the refund is being sought. All requests for refunds must be received within 10 business days of receipt of permit application. 

All applications will need to be submitted through our digital form system.
Applications requiring plans will not be processed until digital copies have been received.
